Errors
I don’t understand. I can’t even sign into the app for some months now . I keep deleting and installing . It’s always fixing errors anytime I subscribe. I can’t even subscribe and show immediately and I will have to keep calling customer care like forever
Errors on the App
The app continues to load forever. It informs me on opening it that I need to pay for my subscription even though I made payment 10 days ago. My payment history is up to date however somehow, the app doesn’t recognize this. I’m informed that it seems like my decider is new despite this not being the case. I am unable to use any of the app functions despite being a premium subscriber. I cannot vote for my favourite housemates on big brother. This is quite frustrating.

I can’t even login to the app all it’s says is oh no unexpected error has occurred please try again now or in a few minutes
